About Deneuve
Deneuve is a 16-inch tall resin ball-jointed doll. She comes with a second set of hands to allow for endless gestures of elegance. Her dress is classic and demure but holds the surprise of sheerness and bold, avant garde gladiator high-heeled sandals in pewter. Her chestnut wig is in the de rigeur chignon, finished with a feather. Her dramatic make-up is hand painted, featuring hazel eyes set off by smoky eye shadow, pinot noir lips and matching nail color.Her skin tone is a new paler tone, lighter than JAMIEshow Jamie, for example. The quality of resin is excellent. Strong and tranlucent, her skin looks almost real, particularly when photographed in natural light.

What type of shipping do we use?
To insure your package arriving, we ship via UPS with tracking and insurance within the U.S. Canadian and international orders are shipped via International Priority Mail. If you wish to have your doll shipped via EMS, there will be additional charges added to your order.
NY State Residents will be charged 8 1/4% sales tax
As Deneuve is shipped and sold from New York City, all New York residents will be charged sales tax.
International Orders
Please be aware that all international orders will be listed at the full retail price. We cannot insure the doll for full value while declaring the item for a different, lower price.
Shipping Dates and Notification
Deneuve is available for immediate shipping. We will notify all customers when the doll has shipped and send shipping notification via UPS and/or USPS. Please be advised due to the retail price, we prefer to ship with signature confirmation. We suggest that you have the doll shipped to your office or to a place where a known family member or friend to accept delivery. If you will be on vacation or out of town, notify us so that we can send your merchandise to an alternate address or hold your doll for later delivery. When your order is put through, you will receive an email receipt. Use this as your reference if you have any questions regarding your order.
Returns or Replacements
All dolls will be carefully audtited and verified as properly packed and complete prior to shipping. As there are only 50 dolls, there may not be available replacements. This is why all packages will be fully insured. We are working with JAMIEshow to allow for a few possible extra items in case of breakage such as shoes, but dolls will only be shipped that are in perfect condition. If for some reason your doll is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 24 hours of arrival in order to expedite any possible replacement or refund.
